Our Approach

  • Founded in 2014, we prepare and inspire women of all backgrounds for a lifetime of leadership. Our programs, tools and trainings are designed to amplify, support, and the unique challenges of underrepresented women for the long term.

  • We are committed to helping women find community and agency to raise their voices.

  • We adapt and tailor our programs to the unique needs of each community where we work. We are grateful to our local community partners whose expertise is invaluable to our ability to do this effectively.
